We know, what you are feeling now due to a payment issue with Staff Selection Commission’, but in this article, you will get your answer about “ A payment has already been initiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed ”.

This (SSC payment failure 2021) occurs when you try to pay your exam fees using the SBIePay payment gateway method.

Note: We are describing about this issue ( SSC payment failure 2021 ) because we had faced this before when we were trying to pay our exam fee of CHSL in December 2020. so you can fix it, sure.



How can you solve SSC payment failure Issue 2021?

Method 1

Here is your solution to your payment issue ( A payment has already been initiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed).

Step -1: First you need to log in your Staff Selection Commission’s account using your Username (Registration Number) and password.

Step-2: Now go to your dashboard and select the exam which you want to pay.

Step-3: Click on “payment“ link and select online mode .

Now you will see something like this here :

Step-4: In the ” net banking “section, you will see SBI Bank Or Other banks as an option to pay your exam fees. You have to click on “Other banks “, after this, you will see the interface like this below image :

Step-5: Now you have to click on the “Cancel Your Transaction” button, Now you have to refresh the SSC website and try to make a payment again.

Now, You are able to pay your fees but if this method 1 does not work in your case then follow another method 2 and I hope, this will fix your problem.

Method 2

If You have not solved Your SSC Payment Problem ( A payment has already been initiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed. ) then follow our suggested method 2.

Step -1: First you need to log in your Staff Selection Commission’s account using your Username (Registration Number) and password.

Step-2: Now go to your dashboard and select the exam which you want to pay.

Step-3: Click on “payment“ link and select online mode .

Step-4: Try to make payment by selecting any payment options.

You will show interface like below image.

Note : If your money has been deducted from the bank account, but On SSC Website payment’s amount has deducted but not showing then you should wait for 48 hours ( If bank’s Holidays are then it can take longer) to complete your transaction by the bank.

Step-5: Now, You have to cancel your transaction by clicking on blue colored text Click here to abort this transaction and return to the SSC_NEW site” in your SSC website.

Step-6: After completing Step-5, Go to dashboard of your account and Log Out for Minimum 24 hours and after 24 hours, Login into your Account and Try to make payment again. I hope, This will helpful.

What to do next If SSC Payment Deducted/ Done but not showing?

Note : If your money has been deducted from the bank account, but On SSC Website payment’s amount has deducted but not showing then you should wait for 48 hours ( If bank’s Holidays are then it can take longer) to complete your transaction by the bank.

      Note : If You Have Completed your exam Fees already then please wait 48 Hours.

      If your exam fees have not deducted from bank account then follow the method that’s described in the article.

      • even i got the same problem but when i paid i got the otp because i did through card but i didnt get the message for the money deduction from card

  6. I have entered OTP in the link and then no money deducted and it is showing your payment has been initiated. Now unable to login to site also. Suggest me next course of action.

  7. I’m facing this ” A payment has already been initiated… ” Since last 4 days. And I tried through offline challan but in bank there shown “record not found”. I even complained to SSC through mail but they have not responded. Brother please help me.🙏

  9. My fees has been deducted from my account and i have waited for 5 days but still it is showing the same msg and also in the payment option its not allowing me to pay fees again. I m not getting those option even that u mentioned above

    I made the payment on 1st feb. The amount has also been deducted but still its showing that u have not paid the fees and when I am trying to make another payment then the following msg is being displayed “A payment has already been initiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed.”

      You can wait if The amount has been deducted from your bank account, otherwise you can follow the above tips to solve this problem and You can also pay your Exam fees using Challan.
